Gas springs for specific applications Push Top
The gas spring with the Push Top feature has a mechanical locking system of the gas spring stroke in the fully open position. The lock is configured as a tube which covers the piston rod of the gas spring and slide outside the cylinder. Once reached the fully open position the safety tube, thanks to a spring system, is misaligned with respect to the body and lock the stroke of the gas spring. Pressing the button colored safety tube realigns unlocking the race.
